Return & Refund Policy
Due to the professional nature of veterinary medical instruments and supplies, VetSphere Medical Store applies a restricted return and refund policy designed to ensure product safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
l The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
l The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
l The product is not classified as a non-returnable item (see below)
l Proof of purchase is provided
All return requests are subject to review and approval by VetSphere Medical Store.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
l Sterile or single-use medical instruments
l Consumables, including sutures, disposables, and sterile supplies
l Customized or special-order products
l Training kits or models that have been opened or used
l Products marked as “Final Sale”
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
l Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
l Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and packaging condition
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following solutions, at our discretion:
l Replacement of the affected item
l Store credit
l Refund for the affected product

l Reason for return
l Supporting photos or documentation (if applicable)
Do not return any products without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
l Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
l Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
l We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected:
l Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
l Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
l Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
Order Cancellations
l Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team as soon as possible.
l Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
