VetSphere Medical Store provides a limited warranty on eligible veterinary medical instruments and equipment, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
This warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal professional use.
Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible products are covered by a limited warranty period of 6 months from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to:

l Defects in manufacturing workmanship
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by VetSphere Medical Store or the product manufacturer.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

l Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or sterilization

l Products used outside their intended professional purpose
Sterilization & Maintenance
Veterinary medical instruments require proper cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance.
Damage resulting from incorrect sterilization methods, use of inappropriate chemicals, or failure to follow recommended care procedures is not covered under this warranty.

Do not send any product back without prior authorization.
Resolution Options
Upon confirmation of a valid warranty claim, VetSphere Medical Store may, at its discretion:
l Repair the defective product
l Replace the defective product
l Provide store credit
l Issue a refund for the affected product
The chosen resolution will depend on product type, availability, and the nature of the defect.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
l Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims unless otherwise specified.
l Repaired or replacement items will be shipped using standard delivery methods.
Limitation of Warranty
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetSphere Medical Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product.
